What counts as an investigation
One question, planned, read for, cross-checked and answered with a signed report. That whole arc is one unit.

Before you ask
What counts as an investigation?
One question taken end to end — planned, read for, cross-checked, answered with a signed report. Follow-ups on that report are free.
What happens when I reach the limit?
The workspace keeps working — boards, documents, search, sign-off. New investigations wait for the next month or for an upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and unused investigations do not roll over. Staff and storage behave the same way: they are ceilings, so you are stopped from adding the twenty-sixth person rather than charged for them.
Is AI included?
Yes, on every plan including Free — and every core feature works with AI off. What differs between plans is how many investigations you may run, not what Wocul AI is allowed to do.
Can I change plans?
Up at any time, effective immediately and prorated. Down at the end of the billing period, once you are inside the lower plan's staff and storage limits.
